Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross‑functional technical programs delivering business and engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture to design, coordinate, and launch capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning across teams to align milestones and timelines.
• Develop scalable processes, metrics, and KPIs to deliver large programs.
• Influence long‑term product and technical strategy.
• Manage intake queue, prioritize, triage requests, and ensure timely delivery.
