Job summary

iSpot is seeking a results-oriented program manager to join our Bellevue team. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs and story points) for new initiatives and support tactical project execution.

The role includes ongoing Salesforce administration, user management, and implementing enhancements to improve adoption and productivity. A hybrid/office-or remote-friendly policy is in place to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

• Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management, end‑user support, and routine configuration updates.
• Assist with implementing system enhancements and support user‑focused troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.

Target base cash compensation range: $87,930 – $108,160 USD annually.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

Employees may be designated as full‑time or part‑time office‑based or fully remote. Those local or living in surrounding areas of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the local office 1–3 days a week. Others may work fully remote.
