Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross‑functional technical programs of interrelated projects to deliver objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering and architecture teams to design and launch new capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning across teams to synchronize milestones and timelines.
• Develop scalable cross‑organization processes, metrics and KPIs for large programs.
• Influence long‑term product and technical strategy.
• Assess risks, mitigate issues and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Manage intake queue: prioritize, triage and track requests.
