Toyota Financial Services in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, cross‑functional technology programs. You’ll own planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of critical initiatives across engineering and product teams.

You must have 12+ years in tech, 6+ years software development, 4+ years managing complex programs, and a proven ability to influence executives. Experience with AWS/GCP, SDKs, CX frameworks, and GenAI is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 12+ years of total progressive experience incl. 6+ years software development.
• 4+ years hands-on managing complex technology programs with engineering teams.
• Proven track record leading large customer-facing, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience influencing executives and cross-functional groups.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field is a plus.
• Experience in financial/banking industry is advantageous.
• Experience delivering SDKs, CX frameworks, and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and GenAI is a plus.
