Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
5+ years of progressive technology experience with complex technology programs.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional, customer-facing initiatives.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability and follow-through.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate activities across multiple teams and cross-functional programs.
Define program structure and align teams to deliver engineering objectives.
Collaborate with biz, engineering and architecture to launch new capabilities.
Synchronize program milestones across workflows to meet business goals.
Identify blockers, support governance, and maintain documentation.
Assess risks and develop mitigation plans in partnership with Product Management.
