Job summary

Meta is seeking a TPM intern to own a scoped workstream bridging engineering execution and business outcomes. You will build schedules, track dependencies, manage risks, and translate hardware development into cost and resourcing implications for leadership.

You will collaborate with hardware engineers, program managers, finance and sourcing, and operations to design workflows, automate handoffs, and deliver a repeatable solution.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year or pursuing a Master's in a technical field.
• Ability to frame and solve ambiguous analytical problems through coursework or work experience.
• Strong communication and execution skills demonstrated in projects or roles.
• Experience with data in spreadsheets, SQL, or scripting to support recommendations.
• Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own a scoped TPM project end-to-end: frame problem, define success, deliver a solution.
• Create project structure, drive progress plans, and track milestones.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional partners across engineering, ops, sourcing, and finance.
• Document tradeoffs and essential vs optional requirements during scoping.
• Hit program goals by coordinating with partner teams and leadership.
• Develop schedules and roadmaps; manage dependencies and risks; escalate blockers early.
• Analyze supply chain and cost data to identify risks and opportunities and propose actions.
• Map processes and product structures to simplify, automate, or improve reliability.
• Identify process/tooling improvements and execute changes for efficiency and traceability.
• Leverage internal AI tools to build reusable solutions across products.
• Translate technical detail into cost, schedule, and resource implications for business audiences.
• Communicate clearly in writing and reviews, including status, risks, and asks.
