Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure to drive complex infrastructure initiatives and cross-functional programs. You will collaborate with software engineers, product, security, compliance, and operations to ensure timely delivery within scope.

You will develop plans, manage risks, track budgets, and report progress to senior leadership. A PMP or equivalent, a CS/engineering degree, and 5+ years in SaaS/infrastructure programs are expected.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years managing complex SaaS/infrastructure programs (DevOps, Security, and Cloud).
• Experience with FedRAMP, ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53 compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs from concept to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies and optimize resources across teams.
• Remove blockers and drive cross-functional execution.
• Improve engineering delivery processes using agile practices.
• Ensure documentation and executive reporting is clear.
• Track budgets and resources to stay within scope and budget.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
