Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for Agentic Compliance within Google Research. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules while communicating with executives and engineers.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance and product development, driving agentic capabilities and robust internal controls across Google’s global platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting).
• Experience in the creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, design, implement, and operate agentic-based controls across multiple compliance domains that automate risk analysis, triage issues, and validate control implementation.
• Support enterprise-wide remediation initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to support product teams in resolving flaws and maintaining robust compliance postures.
• Manage multiple compliance programs, leveraging innovative AI tooling to define milestones, track success criteria, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls, using AI-first methodologies and intelligent tools for risk analysis.
• Communicate compliance strategy, tool adoption, schedules, and status to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
