Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Agentic Policies Platform in San Francisco. You will lead a team of software engineers, drive technical strategy, and oversee large-scale infrastructure and access control policy deployment across multiple sites.

You will mentor engineers, own project goals, collaborate with Product and Security leaders, and shape the evolution of IAM policies across GCP in an AI-first, scalable environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
  • 3 years of experience in a people management role managing software engineering reports.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
