Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to lead integrated infrastructure planning across a 0-10 year horizon, transforming product demand, constraints, and financial objectives into actionable capacity decisions and a unified Plan of Record.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning teams to translate demand into capacity plans for compute, storage, network, data centers, and other resources, balancing risks, timelines, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• Experience analyzing datasets with spreadsheets, SQL, Python or BI tools.
• Experience in capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring and scenario-based capacity planning across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning organizations.
• Analyze product demand, infrastructure requirements, capacity constraints, deployment alternatives, planning assumptions, and dependencies to identify gaps, tradeoffs, and planning risks.
• Help develop, reconcile, and publish the infrastructure capacity Plan of Record, ensuring approved demand and capacity decisions are accurately reflected in authoritative planning outputs.
• Partner with Engineering and Planning teams to translate product demand into infrastructure requirements and reconcile planning outputs across compute, storage, network, data center, and supply-chain domains.
• Prepare clear planning analyses, executive materials, and recommendations that enable timely infrastructure decisions.
