Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders including metrics progress, meeting notes, escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
  • Collect data relating to program progress and maintain trackers and status reports.
  • Author program charter addressing scope and timeline, OKRs, and resource requirements/dependencies.
  • Author stakeholder map identifying who is impacted and who influences the program outcome.
  • Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $165000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
  • Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic program, specify program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and explain resource requirements/dependencies, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.
