In this role, you will lead technical programs for the Forward Deployed Engineering organization, owning the operating cadence that turns executive priorities into structured, measurable execution. The portfolio is deliberately broad and will evolve with the business: driving proactive management of our highest‑risk enterprise engagements, standing up early access and product feedback programs for new models and capabilities, scaling delivery best practices across regions, and incubating whatever the organization needs next. What these programs share is a common shape: high ambiguity, high visibility, several organizations that must move together, and no single team with the authority to alignment.
You will work within a team with high visibility at Google, with daily exposure to the accounts and decisions that matter most to the business. You'll engage with various stakeholders: Engineering, Product, field sales, account teams, and customer technical leadership, bridging the gap between customer expectations and engineering capacity.
