As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across teams. You should be comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to executives and discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.

The US salary range for this full-time role is $113,000-$161,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics will be shared during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams (engineering, product, design) and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed, using project management tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, specifications, and status reports; prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements to boost team efficiency and project delivery.
  • Continuously learn about project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
