Qualifications

• 1–3 years of TPM or equivalent project management experience in hardware or silicon development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience coordinating across silicon, hardware, test, and packaging teams.
• Hands-on experience managing external vendors or foundries.
• Exposure to hardware development lifecycle phases and mass production.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal cross-functional coordination across uLED, test, packaging, and sourcing teams.
• Interface with external foundry and silicon vendor partners to align schedules.
• Drive vendors to meet technical requirements and maintain integrated program milestones.
• Maintain tracking mechanisms for internal and external workstreams and deliver milestone readouts.
• Develop and monitor risk registers with mitigation plans and owner assignments.
