Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in technical field (Materials Science, Engineering).
• 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing and materials management.
• Experience managing PLC across product lifecycle from concept to release.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence across orgs.
• Proficient in project management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage PLC process for NPI to meet MRS specs in Features, Schedule and Cost.
• Project manage semiconductor equipment systems from BoM upload to customer delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and quality targets.
• Align market priorities with program activities to deliver specs on time.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for CIP and BoM updates.
