Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Manufacturing Test in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own test programs across board, sub-module, and system levels from NPI to full production, coordinating multiple teams and external partners to maintain schedules.

You will drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure a clean handoff to production while scaling test capacity for high-volume output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering required.
• Experience in hardware or semiconductor manufacturing is essential.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing test programs end-to-end—from NPI through qualification and ramp.
• Build and drive the plan with milestones, dependencies and gates.
• Coordinate across test, hardware, software, manufacturing ops, quality, and external partners.
• Collaborate with TPMs to aggregate risks and dependencies into programs.
• Proactively manage risk with a living register and clear owners.
• Oversee qualification-to-production handoff and ensure controlled test changes.
• Lead reviews, status reporting, and metrics like yield and throughput.
• Plan test capacity to scale ahead of production ramp.
