Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and production operations.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture and long-term roadmap for the manufacturing test software platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Engineers.
• Drive key architectural decisions across the stack.
• Conduct design and code reviews, and guide technical trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency through better tooling and automation.
