Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Engineering experience in product/process development and technical design.
• Ability to apply statistics and analytical thinking.
• Technical knowledge of subsystems, design protocols, and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to new and existing products, processes, prototypes, fixtures, and tools.
• Apply engineering principles to the evaluation and solution of technical problems with some guidance.
• Support continuous quality improvement and may serve as technical lead for small projects.
• Design and evaluate product components to meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
• Build and test prototypes, fixtures, and tools used for development and research.
• Analyze test results and data to identify improvements and reduce design risks.
• Assist in selecting materials, components, and technologies for new products.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, drawings, and test records.
• Participate in product design reviews and support engineering changes.
• Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and meet customer needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to support innovation.
