Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years of related experience; Master’s with 6+ years preferred.
• Expert experience in designing and developing complex software systems.
• Proven ability to guide junior team members.
• Expert knowledge in C/C++/C# or Python and agile methodologies.
• Strong test-driven development and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time, multithreaded embedded software in C/C++
• Implement low-level control software for robotic and motion systems
• Apply test-driven development and unit testing with Google Test
• Contribute to CI pipelines and automated build/test environments
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and regulatory compliance in a medical device context
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, verification, and quality teams across time zones
