Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking a cross-functional program manager to oversee multiple construction projects. You will steward risk management, ensure timely information flow, and maintain alignment across design, permitting, engineering, factory production, field operations and procurement.

You will own the portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery, partnering with leadership to surface risks early and drive decisive action.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cross-functional program management in hardware/manufacturing or operations.
• Able to surface risks weeks before they become problems.
• Comfort working without direct authority and driving teams to commitments.
• Strong written communication and status reporting.
• Experience with Jira/BigGantt or similar tooling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modular construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, engineering, production, field ops, software, and procurement to build an end-to-end plan.
• Track progress, surface blockers, and hold teams accountable to dates and handoffs.
• Own the stage gate process and facilitate PRD development with stakeholders.
