Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute modular construction projects from concept to installation. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, cross-functional teams, and client relationships within an evolving product ecosystem.

This role requires leading process development, implementing improvements across design, manufacturing, and field operations, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. On-site work in Andover, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PM experience in modular construction or related fields.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, including design coordination, factory production, site prep, and installation.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocations.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and change-management workflows.
• Coordinate between manufacturing, design/engineering, robotics, and field installation teams.
