Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking a cross-functional program manager to act as the risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects. You will maintain the single source of truth on project status across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

You will own a portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery, reporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environment.
• Ability to proactively identify schedule risks and elevate them.
• Comfort holding functional leads accountable without direct authority.
• Strong written communication: clear, concise, action-oriented.
• Experience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent tooling.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with modular/prefab construction or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement.
• Translate inputs into a unified end-to-end plan with owners, dates, and handoff criteria.
• Drive execution, track progress, surface blockers, and hold teams to commitments.
• Serve as primary leadership contact for program health with clear risk summaries.
• Maintain cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt and integrate timelines.
• Flag long-lead procurement risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Own the design stage gate process and facilitate PRD development.
