Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Government contracts. You will own end-to-end delivery, serving as the single point of accountability for all contract milestones from technical milestones to reactor deployment.

You'll partner with licensing, state engagement, engineering, and manufacturing teams, owning schedules, cost baselines, and risk management while maintaining direct access to company leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in program management or project management.
• Experience delivering complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems.
• Experience supporting U.S. government programs.
• Ability to manage programs with multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract milestones to completion.
• Manage timely execution of regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables.
• Interface with contracting officers, program offices, installation personnel, and end users.
• Maintain program Integrated Master Schedules and cost baselines; align internal teams and subcontractors to contract obligations.
• Manage contract compliance including reporting requirements and milestone billing; negotiate modifications and change orders.
• Identify, assess, and drive resolution of programmatic risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Own program financial performance, including budget and resource forecasting.
• Stand up and refine project management processes, tools, and reporting cadence for leadership visibility.
• Carry the customer’s voice back to Radiant, shaping engineering and deployment decisions.
