• Experience as a TPM, QE Lead, Eng Lead, or Product Lead.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong grasp of scaling Agile practices.
• Experience creating complex reports using JIRA and Intersection.

• Creating and managing integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Planning and communicating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Collaborating closely with Tech, product and other groups.

• Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitoring and reporting progress and ensuring documentation.
• Leading and facilitating meetings, workshops, and other related activities.
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Driving continuous improvement in program management processes.
