Walmart in Bentonville, AR seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex Global eCommerce initiatives and mentor project managers, ensuring practices align with PMO standards. You will monitor progress, report to executives, and drive Agile adoption across teams.

You will oversee multi-project programs, coordinate with offshore teams and vendors, develop budgets and timelines, and drive risk management to deliver business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in technical project management or related experience.
• Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in technical project management or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor project managers to ensure adherence to PMO standards and Agile practices.
• Monitor program and project progress; provide status reports and executive summaries to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop eCommerce project methodologies and drive improvements across the organization.
• Manage geographically distributed teams and coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery and risk management.
