Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff, Technical Program Manager within CTS Global Governance to lead large-scale programs across multiple teams, ensuring secure, compliant operations and high-quality delivery.

You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, driving governance across security, threat, and cross-border programs, leveraging GenAI and analytics to enhance visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area with 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Alternatively, 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple initiatives.
• Secure team commitments, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguities for end-to-end tech solutions.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs ensuring scalability and performance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and drive alignment and delivery.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and drive automation and improvement.
