Job summary

Amazon’s Advertising Finance DIGI team seeks a Technical Program Manager to scope and deliver large cross-functional programs end-to-end, enabling AI-powered insights and data-driven decision-making across Advertising Finance. You will coordinate data engineering, BI, finance, and product teams to design scalable GenAI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong TPM background with experience leading complex programs, deep knowledge of data platforms and GenAI tooling, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver large cross-functional projects end-to-end that enable AI-powered insights and data-driven decision-making across Advertising Finance.
• Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write specifications, drive project schedules from design to release, and manage the production launch.
• Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between data engineering, BI, finance, and product teams to develop optimal solutions for GenAI and data infrastructure.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance business needs vs technical constraints across multiple workstreams.
