Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead large-scale initiatives and deliver fraud-domain programs end-to-end.

The role requires coordinating 50–100 projects, managing cross-functional teams, and communicating with stakeholders at executive levels. The ideal candidate will have strong IT program management skills, budgeting and forecasting experience, and hands-on use of Jira/Confluence/MS Project/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Must lead programs with 50–100 projects end-to-end.
• Fraud domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong IT program/project management and customer-facing delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
