Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is hiring a Technical Program Manager focused on Interior Systems to drive complex problems to completion. You’ll scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, estimate budgets, and clearly communicate ongoing progress within a high-performing team delivering fully integrated EV interior systems that meet cost, weight, efficiency, and tolerances targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in technical program management with hardware development,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5+ years of technical program management in hardware development.
Deep knowledge of product development from design to integration.
Experience with interior engineering content materials and processes.
Proven ability to drive progress across multiple projects and locations.

Responsibilities

Drive containment and resolution of design review issues to protect SOP and production.
Maintain supplier relationships with the Supply Chain team for timely deliveries.
Monitor outputs for system/integration opportunities and cross-team collaboration.
Ensure risk mitigation actions are ongoing within engineering teams.
Set agendas for key decisions to remove bottlenecks and retire risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and strategy.
Travel up to 15%.
