Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is hiring a Technical Program Manager focused on Interior Systems to drive complex hardware programs from scoping to validation and industrialization. You’ll work in a small, high‑performing team with strong cross‑functional collaboration across engineering and supply chain to meet cost, weight and performance targets.

Based in Long Beach, CA, you’ll travel up to 15% and report to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management in an engineering hardware setting.
• Detailed knowledge of product development from design through integration.
• Knowledge of materials and technologies for interior engineering content.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects across locations and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering teams toward containment and resolution to protect program schedule.
• Maintain supplier relationships with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor outputs for system/integration issues and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks with ongoing actions across teams.
• Set meeting agendas to remove bottlenecks and retire risks.
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, and strategy in decision making.
• Travel up to 15%.
