Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Project Support Manager to lead multidisciplinary IPTs and manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance from pursuit through production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with engineering and operations projects.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Development.
• Manage all product and system lifecycle activities from pursuit to production, using IMS and reviews.
• Identify and manage program risks, opportunities, and dependencies; drive mitigations.
• Coordinate with account management and business development during proposal activities; report status.
