Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex hardware initiatives from planning through production.
• Build practical execution plans translating commitments into milestones and resources.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other partners.
• Own project financial performance: estimates, baselines, budgets, variances, and recovery.
• Identify challenges early, develop proactive solutions, and support long-term performance.
• Lead tradeoff decisions across cost, schedule, and technical priorities.
• Ensure readiness to move hardware from development into repeatable production.
• Establish clear processes and monitor progress to sustain delivery efficiency.
