Job summary

Raft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own program health, balancing execution, strategy, and customer relationships with DoD stakeholders. You will lead a fast-moving development team and translate evolving mission requirements into actionable priorities.

This role requires adaptability across program, project, and product management, with a strong emphasis on CJADC2 and RFI/RFP leadership. Travel up to 25% is possible; Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program, project, or product management with Agile exposure.
• Experience working with DoD customers, ideally in the Pacific theater or US Navy operations.
• Strong background in CJADC2 (Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control).
• Proven track record leading RFI/RFP responses and driving strategic business.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of program health—balancing execution, strategy, and relationship management.
• Lead a fast-moving development team and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Navigate evolving priorities and customer needs with clear communication.
