Job summary

Raft is seeking a Delivery Programs Lead in Tysons, VA to own programs, drive contract actions, and represent Raft to customers. The role sits at the heart of our delivery organization, reporting to the VP of Delivery and Product.

You will work across programs, customer relationships, and growth initiatives with a strong blend of technical and business acumen. Ideal candidates have experience with DoD contracting, pricing, and proposal work, plus the ability to translate between engineers and

Qualifications

3–6 years in systems engineering, integration, or technical program management with business sense.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, or related field.
Experience with software development teams and engineering conversations.
Attention to detail in contracts, proposals, and customer deliverables.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to adapt to audience.

Responsibilities

Support VP of Delivery across program execution, contract management, and operations.
Parse and flag contract actions, teaming agreements, and pricing structures.
Build relationships with DoD customers and program stakeholders.
Track delivery health across concurrent programs and flag risks early.
Contribute to proposals, capability briefs, white papers, and RFI/RFP responses.
Translate between engineering progress and program needs for stakeholders.
Develop program docs, contract summaries, SOPs, and briefing materials.
Assist with recruiting coordination, budget tracking, and internal reporting.
