Job summary

Infinitive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge engineering, product, and external stakeholders. The role focuses on AWS/Data platforms, large-scale ETL, and enterprise client engagement to drive data modernization programs.

The TPM will lead governance, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery, collaborating with engineering, product, and customers to map thousands of data attributes to modern schemas and establish scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, client-facing solutions architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale data discovery and mapping across thousands of data attributes.
• Strong customer-facing capacity aligning multi-client needs to platform roadmaps.
• Expertise with AWS data services and ETL/batch processing.
• Hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and enterprise data migration.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Roadmap Alignment with legacy clients and roadmaps.
• Batch Data & Attribute Discovery across thousands of data attributes.
• Architectural Partnership across AWS platforms (Glue, Lambda, Aurora, S3, EMR, DynamoDB).
• Program Execution of scalable ETL pipelines and data integration for legacy-to-modern transitions.
• Governance & Alignment: plan, risk, and executive reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration between clients, engineering, and product.
• TPM Enablement: build frameworks and onboarding for new TPMs.
