Job summary

Tredence Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong Data Engineering background to drive large-scale consulting and data transformation programs. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and clients to deliver scalable data solutions while ensuring timelines and quality.

Lead cross-functional teams, govern delivery, and coordinate multi-workstream initiatives. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT and 3+ years in PMI/Delivery roles, with cloud data platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Data Engineering/Data Platform projects.
• 3+ years in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, Data Governance, and Analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale client-facing delivery programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and analytics programs.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
• Own delivery governance, status reporting, budget tracking, and executive-level updates.
• Establish project roadmaps and ensure successful execution against milestones.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams to deliver complex data transformation initiatives.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales, effort estimations, solution reviews, and proposal development when needed.
