Responsibilities

• Manage complex human data collection and model evaluation programs across pre-training, SFT, and benchmarks.
• Translate modeling goals into concrete data specs, guidelines, and rubrics with research and engineering.
• Coordinate dependencies for novel data collection environments and resolve tooling bottlenecks.
• Oversee external data providers and rater pools, manage SOWs, capacity and SLAs.
• Establish program tracking and clearly communicate progress and risks to partners and leadership.
