Job summary

Comcast Technology Center in downtown Philadelphia is seeking a Technical Program Manager 2 to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across internal teams and external partners. This role requires regular in-office presence at the Comcast Technology Center.

You will coordinate milestones, manage risks, and communicate with executives while leveraging Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive transparency, accountability, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2-5 years in technical program management or delivery-focused roles.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and schedules.
Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple audiences.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs from initiation through launch.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, RAID logs, and docs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep work on schedule and within scope.
Prepare executive-ready status reports and communications to inform on health and risks.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, operations, and partners to manage risk and dependencies.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team effectiveness.
