Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 2+ years building BOMs in Product Lifecycle Management applications.
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Create product BOMs and process change orders in a PLM system.
• Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.
• Own a program, develop strategies, identify risk, success criteria, execute project plans and provide communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop functional designs and specifications.
• Drive BOM changes to support new product introduction and sustaining the business.
• Drive continuous process improvements focused on systems, reporting, and data analysis.
