Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Technical Product/Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Services team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product iterations, improve manufacturing test readiness, and optimize test capacity across global factories.

You will own engineering change processes, diagnose issues affecting production, and drive cost, quality, and schedule improvements with software and hardware partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the AWS roadmap and readiness for new product releases.
• Support continuous product development and drive productivity and quality improvements with global manufacturing partners.
• Be SME of manufacturing test infrastructure for computing products and optimize test capacity.
• Own engineering change management and issue diagnostics; resolve manufacturing-impacting issues.
• Roll up sleeves to address design, process, testing, or supplier quality issues.
