Rohde & Schwarz seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager for our Applied Solutions Organization in Coppell, TX. This individual contributor role leads planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial and government system integration programs across North America with cross-functional collaboration and risk management.

The ideal candidate has deep technical program experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate requirements into executable plans while driving

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master's degree with 7+ years.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in engineering, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Proactively solve problems, manage risks, and drive results.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Test and measurement or related high-technology industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex commercial and government system integration programs from opportunity through customer acceptance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful program delivery plans.
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers and partners to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration into overall program execution.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful program execution.
• Support pre-award planning by evaluating project complexity, execution strategies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Lead and standardize the Project Lookback (Lessons Learned) process to drive continuous improvement across the PMO.
