Job summary

NTT DATA in San Diego, CA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of technology projects onsite in San Diego. The role requires 7+ years in project management with strong focus on technology delivery and expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership are essential, along with experience across APIs, integrations and enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a Project Management with strong focus on technology delivery.
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling – Ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management.
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
• Minimum 5+ yrs experience of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end planning, execution and delivery of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and manage project delivery by tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities are aligned and dependencies are addressed.
• Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and expectation management.
• Track project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and key metrics.
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
