Job summary

EdgeByte Solutions seeks a Technical Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technology programs across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure. You will bridge customer stakeholders, program leadership, engineering, vendors, and business operations to translate requirements into executable workstreams.

The role requires PM discipline with technical depth to understand architectures, manage risks, and drive programs from design through implementation and handoff.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and/or equivalent project-management credentials.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT, technology delivery, or program-management experience.
• 5+ years of leading technical projects in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate engineers, architects, vendors, and customers.
• Strong understanding of PM principles: scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, dependencies, quality, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate Azure cloud engineers, cybersecurity teams, ICAM, network, and infrastructure teams with customer stakeholders.
• Translate contracts and requirements into actionable tasks and delivery plans.
• Lead kickoff meetings, design reviews, status updates, and customer briefings.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and corrective actions through resolution.
