Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and launch of advanced engineering products in Columbus, Ohio. You will bridge customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, quality, and program management, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• NPI experience in hardware, electronics, or automotive sectors.
• Experience with product testing, validation, or regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with engineering change management and PLM processes.
• Proficient with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from planning through product launch.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and communications.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, operations, quality and other teams.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor risks, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution plans.
• Facilitate discussions to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Support product testing, customer reviews and launch preparation activities.
