Domino Data Lab seeks a Technical Program Manager to own quality and validation readiness across client projects. You will align Engineering, Product, FDEs, and Customer Success around clear plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria while using AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Formación

• Experience delivering complex technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Proven ability to improve recurring processes around testing, validation, or release readiness.
• Experience navigating enterprise software delivery for regulated customers preferred.
• Strong technical fluency with automation and API/integration considerations.
• Ability to translate requirements into acceptance criteria, verification activities, and evidence.
• Strong workflow and execution skills with Jira or similar tools.
• Clear communication and customer partnership to align internal teams and reviewers.
• Proactive ownership with backup coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive quality and validation programs from scoping through readiness review with clear deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate dependencies and resolve blockers across teams to provide visibility on progress and risks.
• Align test coverage, validation evidence, and exception handling with the release owner for planning.
• Build repeatable workflows to surface readiness and reduce manual effort.
• Use AI/automation to improve program work, with checks on accuracy and reliability.
• Provide backup coverage for release managers and coordinate release activities.
• Operate flexibly across Engineering & Security for cross-functional initiatives.
