Job summary

Ampere in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of software capabilities for a physical AI program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, firmware, systems engineering, product, operations, security, quality, suppliers, and external partners.

You’ll establish operating rhythms, processes, and reporting to deliver high-quality software predictably while managing dependencies and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex software programs across multiple teams and partners.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and release processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jama Connect, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of software programs supporting physical AI products and systems.
• Translate goals into integrated plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across software, hardware, firmware, systems engineering, product, operations, and partners.
• Establish planning cadences, reviews, and dependencies.
• Create clarity around priorities, ownership, and milestones.
