Your role focuses on delivering high‑quality software with clear dependency tracking and risk management. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical program management, strong communication, and deep familiarity with Jira, Jama Connect, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 8 years of technical program management or related software delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex software programs across multiple teams and partners.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycles, delivery methods, and release processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jama Connect and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software programs supporting physical AI products and systems.
• Translate goals into integrated plans with milestones and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across software, hardware, firmware, systems engineering, product, and operations.
• Establish planning cadences, execution reviews, and dependency reviews.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for milestones and risks.
• Communicate status and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership.
