Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a global technology leader in managing and modernizing software behind its corporate real estate portfolio.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of medium to complex software projects, coordinate with engineers, business stakeholders, and offshore teams, and drive improvements in SDLC, including AI-enabled transformation to boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the corporate real estate domain and supporting technology systems.
• Proven experience delivering medium to complex software solutions.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with software developers and engineers.
• Experience implementing custom-built applications and/or enterprise software.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones, especially with India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to complex software projects for a large-scale corporate real estate portfolio.
• Manage programs involving custom applications and third-party enterprise platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Partner with software engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes.
• Bridge communication between development teams and real estate business stakeholders.
• Oversee SDLC with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams, including offshore delivery based in India.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across initiatives.
