Amazon in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Ring & Blink Accessories to own end-to-end product development from concept to launch, leveraging AI-powered tooling to accelerate delivery and impact.

You will collaborate with Business and Engineering to understand the business case, coordinate remote and multi-site teams across hardware and software, manage timelines, and report status to executives. The role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving and bias for action.

Formación

• 3+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 1+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 1+ years of software development experience
• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsabilidades

• Own end to end product development from concept all the way to launch.
• Ability to drive development via strategic AI integration, AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate closely with Business and Engineering to properly understand the business case and technical constraints.
• Work with remote and multi-site teams to deliver related system software components while managing the timelines to match hardware development and launch requirements
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with C-suite on status, risks, and change control
• Where needed, improve processes for completeness and better efficiency
• Dive deep into the software/hardware technical details of a product and its respective feature KPI
• Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment
