Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Sr Product Manager - Tech to own end-to-end product development for hardware, firmware, and software across consumer and business facing offerings. You will write specs, prototype, and drive AI-powered experiences while partnering with hardware and software teams to ship impactful products globally.

The role demands strong analytical skills, customer focus, and demonstrated ability to ship products in fast-paced environments with high autonomy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience delivering features and evaluating product tradeoffs.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the definition, design, development, and launch of products from concept to ship.
Lead the development of product strategy and vision with AI-native experiences.
Define roadmaps with prioritization decisions based on data and business impact.
Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specs for engineering use.
Rapidly prototype solutions with mocks or basic prototypes.
Partner with software and hardware teams daily to unblock delivery.
Manage backlog priorities balancing feedback, opportunities, performance, and load.
Proactively resolve strategic and technical issues impacting goals.
Drive measurable business outcomes and track results.
